ReplyDeleteThat photo above most definitely was taken at the Black Rock Desert, Nevada during the Burning Man Festival (not a beach). I've attended the festival 9 times so, I can tell. Besides, alcohol is not sold there, it's free. Everything there is free except ice and coffee. So, the dude in the photo is a lucky guy!
