Husband thanks China for Coronavirus

A married man thanks China for the Coronavirus. He quoted:

My wife now does not go shopping so we save a lot money.
And we save money on petrol too.
She wears a mask and she does not speak all day.
I don't have headaches anymore.

Background:

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), also known as 2019-nCoV acute respiratory disease (2019-nCoV ARD), is a viral respiratory disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It is the disease implicated in the 2019-2020 coronavirus pandemic.

The disease was first identified in the city of Wuhan, capital of Hubei province in China, among patients who had developed pneumonia of no clear cause. Amid rapid spread of the disease, the World Health Organization has since declared the outbreak to be a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Infections have been reported throughout the world, mostly of travelers originating from Mainland China, with local transmission also reported in many countries.

Lenticular clouds

I had the good fortune to see these lenticular clouds on a hiking trip to climb Mt Anderson (1997 meters) in Kosciuszko National Park, NSW, Australia.

The photographs here were taken halfway between Guthega and Mt Anderson ... 2020 March 22.

The same cloud taken a few minutes later

A different cloud taken at the same spot as the previous pics

The first time I saw a lenticular cloud was in 2014 September on a trip to climb Mont Blanc in France.  (The main peak here is the summit of Mont Blanc, 4810 meters.)
Photos and trip report on climbing Mont Blanc are in my blog:

Where shitty ideas come from

Never hold your farts in.
They travel up your spine, into your brain, and that's where shitty ideas come from.

Avoid touching men

Tips to keep viruses away:
Avoid touching MEN
    - Mouth
    - Eyes
    - Nose

The advice of avoid touching MEN is to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
But it is applicable to all respiratory diseases, like flu.

Russells Needle, Nattai Nat Pk, NSW, Australia

This is the second time Alan, Yus, Lisa and I climbed Russells Needle in Nattai National Park, NSW.

The first time was 4 months ago, from north-east.
Photographs and trip report are in :

https://mntviews.blogspot.com/2019/10/russells-neede-nattai-nat-pk-nsw.html

This time, the same gang climb it from the south.

Since not many people have successfully reached to the summit of Russells Needle, would climbing it twice qualify us as experts on this peak ???  :-)

Pictures - 2020 March

A detailed trip report will be written up one day. For now, enjoy these pictures  :-)

3)  To Russells Needle, the yellow circle ~~~
It is like walking on the edge of a razor blade.

4)  Closer to the summit of Russells Needle ~~~
You can see the burnt trees from a fierce bushfire only a month or so ago.

5)  The final ascent, quite a challenge, not for the faint hearted ~~~
Some photographs from the web show climbers using a rope to climb up here.
Us 4 intrepid climbers don't need any rope  :-)
